I normally do not engage in writing reviews for products or persons, but I feel compelled to do so regarding my professional experience dealing with Christy Reece in several local real estate transactions. I have known Christy for almost 5 years and she has represented me and my company in a number of spec home projects and a 17-unit subdivision in Blue Ridge, Georgia. I owned a construction company in South Florida for almost 40 years, and have dealt with many real estate professionals during that time. I want to say up front, Christy is one of the smartest, most knowledgeable Real Estate Agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a full-time professional dedicated to all her clients and her follow up, from listing to closing, is simply first class. I have very high expectations when dealing with other professionals in the real estate market, but Christy has exceeded all my expectations and remains passionate and dedicated to providing the best service to all her clients. I've known Christy for quite sometime because I'm in real estate too so I knew who to go to when I decided to list my property and boy, she didn't disappoint!!! Within 3 weeks of listing my property, Christy procured a buyer and 3 weeks later, we were closed and I did nothing. I have sold 6 homes in my adult life and am familiar with working with realtors and Christy Reece is by far one of the best I have partnered with. I had my home in Epworth listed with another agency in Blue Ridge for 6 months with less than 10 showings the whole time. I had very little communication with the actual agent and most times didn't really know what was going on with the marketing and sale of my home. (The agent's team members were responsive to my questions, however.) When I switched agencies and agents to Christy, she immediately kept me in the loop with everything she was doing to market my home and with showings that were scheduled and occurring. Within the first 2 weeks, my home was shown more times that in the entire time it was listed by the first agency! Christy always responded promptly to my calls, texts and emails. I first encountered Christy through her website and was very impressed with how easy it was to view cabins in Blue Ridge and how informative it was regarding each home. When I called the number listed, Christy answered immediately. She has an energetic and outgoing personality and is instantly likable. We were ready to make a move on a weekend cabin and she met our tight schedule for viewing homes. We listed all of our wants and desires and she thoroughly researched the available inventory.
